Fine herbs is a selected combination of delicate & fine flavored herbs that forms a mainstay of French cuisine. Used in dishes where the ingredients won't overpower the gentle taste of fines herbs, usually added at the end of a recipe.Used to enhance the flavors of roasted & baked fish, chicken, vegetables, potatoes & omelets. Also use to flavor sauces, especially white sauces for fish, seafood, and poultry. Combine with cream base to make an elegant dip. If a recipe calls for fresh fine herbs, use 1/3 of dried blend.
