Simple Hash Brown Recipe: Mix in 4pcs peeled, parboiled and grated baking potatoes with 1 beaten eggs, 1/3 cup flour, 2tsp hash brown seasoning and 2tbsp softened butter. Make six equal-sized patties. Place about 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry patties for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. OR Place seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray, bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until browned.
