Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Smoked Paprika, Sugar, Cinnamon, Allspice, Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Red Pepper.
Recipe for North African Spice grilled White Fish Fillet:
Mix together 1/3 cup olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves garlic, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1/2tsp salt and 3tbsp spice rub in large bowl. Rub it all over 4 white fish fillets (5 to 6oz each), and marinate at room temperature for ~30 minutes. Place in an oiled grill basket and cook until golden brown and a crust has formed 4-5minutes, Flip over and continue cooking until the fish cooked through and flakes easily ( 5-10 minutes). Scoop the couscous onto plates, and top with the grilled fish, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve with lemon wedges.
