This freshly ground poppy seeds are made from ground tiny round creamy White to light
yellow color nutty oil seeds of the poppy flower, grown in India, Middle East and
other parts of Asia.
The seeds have a mellow, nutty flavor with a sweet, rich texture. It offers a mellower and less sweet flavor than Blue Poppy seeds.
Suggested Uses:
Ground white poppy seeds are useful in Indian cooking, baked goods, pastry, soups,
stews or sauces. It adds thickness, texture and enriched with flavor. Use ground poppy seeds, mixed with a little water to get the right paste consistency before adding to selective Indian dishes, or used as a filling.
