Fondant and Icing Sugar is a superfine,white, fine textured powder, a free-flowing variety of sucrose, bonded with inverted sugars to create a dissolvable, clump-free product that is excellent for confectionery use. Ideal for candy making, glazes and clump-free icings or fondant for decorating.
Dissolves in cold beverages faster than larger granule sugar.Can be used as a substitute for confectioner’s sugar in any recipe for a smoother, clump free result.
Whisk with water to form a paste for crème centers in candy making. Ingredients: Sucrose and invert sugar.
