Sucralose Powder

Sucralose is a zero-calorie artificial sweeteners made from sugar (sucrose). Sucralose is a white, odorless crystalline powder, is intensely sweet,( 600 x sweeter than sugar).
It is exceptionally stable sweetener, stay sweet under a wide range of conditions including frozen foods and desserts, as well baked goods. In addition to sweetness, it adds volume and texture in recipes.
Mostly used in “sugar free” and “sugarless” products. Also used as tabletop sweeteners.
Use 30 mg/1/64 tsp is used to match the sweetness provided by sugar.
Sucralose may cause increased insulin resistance, liver inflammation and gastrointestinal discomfort.
