Tomato Couscous
Tomato Couscous is a semolina pasta, gets its vibrant color from tomato powder and annatto extract. It features the fragrant aroma and beautiful color of Tomato and light fluffy texture, pairs with a wide range of flavors.
Use as a base for salads, add to soups or serve with long-braised Moroccan Tagine stews.
Basic Prep: Bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil with a pinch of salt (opt) and 1 tbsp butter or
olive oil. Stir in 1 cup of couscous, remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 min., Fluff & serve.
Ing: Durum semolina, less than 2% tomato powder & annatto extract.
