Golden Flaxseed

Golden Flaxseeds are the seed of the flax plant, a most powerful plant-based food that add light, nutty-buttery and slightly sweet flavor to foods. Seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, a wealth of dietary fiber and antioxidants.
It is a non-allergenic alternative to peanuts and tree nuts. Use as-is or toast prior to use,
or ground into flax meal and added to recipes for added fiber and nutrition. Substitute some flour in baking recipes or stirred into sauces or stews, or sprinkle over cereal or salads, blend into smoothies or nutritional drinks.
