5 oz Hella Bitter is a small-batch bitters company founded by four Brooklyn friends with a shared passion for deliciousness. Infused with a carefully calibrated mix of roots and spices. The Aromatic bitters sports notes of clove and allspice that give way to the earthiness of black peppercorns, caraway and wormwood.Wormwood--that imparts such a unique flavor profile, used as a backdrop in our Aromatic recipe. In addition to the wormwood, bittering agents gentian, calamus and angelica root ensure the finish is prominent and complex without being overwhelming.
