Alder, Smoking Wood Chips

Alder Wood Chips is fresh dried natural Western Red Alder. Its delightful smoke flavor enriches with sweetness in barbecue or smoking salmon, fish, seafood, red meats, game birds and vegetables. You may mix Alder with Hickory, Pecan or fruit woods like Apple.

Soak wood chips prior to using them the chips to smolder and create smoke.
