Mulberry, Smoking Wood Chips

Mulberry is a mellow smoking wood. When burned impart a sweet smelling smoke, adds a sweet, fruity taste, makes it ideal for poultry, wild game bird, beef or fish.

Soak wood chips prior to using them the chips to smolder and create smoke.
