What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

There is a $2.99 handling charge in addition to shipping cost depending on the carrier. We ship via UPS USPS and FEDEX

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also have a Paypal option for our customers.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery can take anywhere 3-5 business days depending on the shipping location.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is secured and protected. We do not sell or share any of your private data.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been placed. It will be processed for the next 1-2 days. Once ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking of your order the day it will be shipped. Please allow 5-12 hours for tracking to update.

How do I select Curbside Pickup?

Select Local Pick Up and under Customer Notes specify Curbside Pickup

How does Curbside Pickup work?

We will call or email you to notify when it is ready for pickup. Once you are in front of the store please call us at (212)-685-3451. An employee will bring the order to your car.
