Persian spice mix
A selected blend of aromatic spices, used extensively in Iranian & Iraqi cuisine, gives fragrant sweet aroma & warming flavor.
Mostly used n Persian cuisines in rice pilafs, couscous, soups, lentils, stews, as well as in chicken or bean dishes, kebabs and meatball. Add to olive oil and use as a rub for grilled or roasted meats & vegetables.
Add about 1tsp for each 1-2 cups of rice or 1-2 tsp per pound of chicken / beef.
