Blue Cheese Powder

Blue cheese powder is a convenient powdered form of blue cheese, have sharp and somewhat salty taste. It is a unique way to provide an intense blue cheese flavor to dressings, coleslaw, salad, hamburgers and vegetables. Can be sprinkled on for a thin coating/topping, or add to dips, sauces, soups, creams, batters, breads.
To Rehydrate: Mix Blue Cheese Powder with warm water
Ingredients: Blue Cheese (pasteurized milk, salt, cheese culture, enzymes) *Contains less than 2% Disodium Phosphate and or 2% Silicon dioxide.
