To make Tea: Steep 12 dried butterfly flowers in 1 cup boiling water, 15 minutes later, or when no color is left in the petal, strain the liquid and discard the flowers. This deep blue color is ready to use as blue food coloring or your beautiful blue tea is ready. Just add honey to taste, pour into a transparent serving glass. Add lemon juice according to your taste. Lemon juice will make it purple, add more of the juice it will turn fully pink. Butterfly flowers have analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.
