This unique blend of Assam black tea leaf with sweet and spicy whole aromatic spices, to make warm- sweet & delicious Indian Masala Chai (Spiced tea).
Ingredients: Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Peppercorn, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Cloves.
To Make Masala Chai: In a sauce pan pour 1/2 cup of milk,1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp chai masala blend,(make sure to mix the blend before scooping), bring to a boil. Lower the heat, stir in 1/2 tsp sugar or any sweetener of your choice. Bring to boil again, turn off the heat, cover & let stand for 3-5 minutes. Strain and serve.
