Chinese green teas are non-fermented Chinese tea leaves native to Southeast China, the leaves are simply picked, then dried. Chinese green teas is cool to the taste buds and are rich in powerful antioxidants. Contrary to popular belief, Chinese green teas may contain more caffeine that Chinese black teas.
To Make Tea: Pour a cup of simmering water (170°F) preferred over 1 tbsp of tea. Steep 2/4 mins strain may add lemon, mint or sugar, enjoy from the first cup of the morning to the last cup of the day.
