Moroccan Coriander seeds are native to Mediterranean region, are the more common type coriander. Moroccan Coriander seeds are spicy with a warm, delicately fragrant aroma with citrusy undertones (reminiscent of citrus peel and sage). Moroccan Coriander seeds are a component of North African and Middle Eastern spice blends, brings an earthy flavor to all kinds of meat, fish and vegetable dishes. Also used to flavor pickles, Soups, cabbage-based dishes, game casseroles, sausages, salamis and many deli meats; and baked goods, especially cakes & breads. Seeds can be roasted or heated on a dry pan briefly before grinding to enhance the aroma. Chewing these seeds is also recommended for getting rid of bad breath.
