Malaysian Curries found its way to Malaysian shores via the Indian population. Malaysian Curry powder provides a rich aromatic & spicy flavor and also enhance the flavor of your favorite chicken, mutton, lamb, beef, turkey, egg, tofu or vegetable dishes. Excellent also as a dry rub for grilled meats and kebabs.

Simple Chicken Curry Recipe:
Heat 2tbsp oil in a cooking pan, sauté 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste & 1 cup diced onion, 5-6 fresh curry leaves, stir until onions are translucent, add 2tbsp ‘MALAYSIAN CURRY POWDER’, 2tsp red chili powder (optional for more heat), stir well until oil gets separated. Add 2.5lbs cleaned chicken pieces, 2 cups diced tomatoes, and 2 cups coconut milk, stir and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer until chicken pieces are cooked & tender. Serve with steaming rice or Fresh bread.
