Dulse seaweed is a sea vegetable that comes from pristine and protected oceans off the coast of Canada, and has a fine distinct taste of the sea. Naturally mineral rich, contains around 10 – 20% protein and a whole slew of vitamins and minerals. Also a great natural source of Iodine / Potassium iodide (KI).
