Paprika, Onion, Garlic, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Thyme, Black Pepper, Cumin, Ginger, Allspice, Cinnamon, Red Pepper, Sage, Jalapeno Powder, Nutmeg.
(Heat can be increased by adding more Cayenne Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes of your choice.)
To make marinade:
Combine 1 part Jerk Seasoning with 2 part x-virgin Olive Oil, 1 part Soy Sauce and 1 part vinegar.
Recipe to make Jerk Chicken:
Combine 3tbsp Jerk Seasoning, 3tbsp cooking oil, 2tbsp soy sauce and 1tbsp apple cider vinegar in a large bowl. Add 6pcs chicken thighs, coat well and marinade in the refrigerator 8 hours to overnight.
Grill over medium heat with lid closed 30 to 40 minutes turning occasionally or in oven at (375 °F) turning once, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
