This Multi-Bean mix provides exceptionally rich flavor for soups, salads or any recipe calling for beans.
Cooking Instruction: Rinse, soak overnight & drain. Add 4 cups of water/cup lentil-bean mix, bring to boil. Simmer
on low heat for 60-90 minutes or until soft & tender (add more water as needed). Whisk lightly, remove the floating foam. Flavor with butter or oil, salt to taste or seasoning if desired. Cook uncovered over low heat until desired consistency. Serve warm.
1 cup dry yields 2 ½ cup cooked dal.
