Specially formulated fruit pectin blend that reacts with the sugars and the fruits own acid to cause a jelling effect in homemade jellies and jams.
Direction: Boil pectin for 1-2 minutes, remove from heat, skim foam, add sugar substitute (if any). Pour into jars and water bath for approx 10 min. Cool and check seals before storage.
Ingredients: Dextrose, pectin, citric acid.
