Recipe to make Chicken with ‘Sazón Seasoning’:
In a bowl put 1-2lbs boneless chicken cubes, coat the chicken evenly with 1-2tbsp Sazon Seasoning. In a skillet heat 2tsp olive oil over medium heat, and cook the chicken until brown, set aside on a dish. In the skillet add ½ cup chopped green onion, 2-3 minced garlic cloves, stir well and add ¾ cup chopped tomatoes. Stir and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add ½ cup chicken broth, and return the chicken cubes, bring to boil, cover and simmer until the chicken are soft and reached 165 °F in center of chicken pieces and sauce has thickened. Season with salt if needed, keep covered and rest for 5-10 minutes before serving with boiled rice or potatoes and vegetables.
