CaJohn selects only the finest Serrano chilesfrom the mountainous regions of Mexico.It’s Serrano Puree’s has a minimum of 80% chile solids, more then four times the content of most hot sauces. The Serrano pepper has a flavor that is crisp, bright, and biting, notably hotter than the Jalapeno pepper. It has a quick zesty bite with some heat and the flavour lasts a long, long time.
