Turkish tea is grown in Black Sea region (North of Turkey), is full-flavored and too strong.
To Make Tea: Put in 1 tsp of tea per cup of water in a teapot, pour boiling water into the teapot, steep for 10-15 mins. This strong tea is then poured into the small tea glasses, usually filling 1/3 or 1/4 full depending how dark or how light you prefer your tea. Glass is then topped up with hot water.
