Adjika Georgian Dry Seasoning Blend

Adjika Spice blend originated in Abkhazia, Georgia, used as a condiment in Georgian and
 Eurasian cuisines. It's flavor and wonderful taste adds the perfect punch to Georgian dishes.
Used as a seasoning or make a paste to marinate grilled fish, beef, mutton or chicken, roasted potatoes or other veggies. Spice up your omelet or scrambled eggs, borscht or for ravioli in sour cream or broth. Perfect to season fries, soups or sauces.
Add little wine vinegar to make paste.
Ingredients: Blue Fenugreek, Coriander, Garlic, Cumin, Red Pepper, Dill, Salt.
