Aji Amarillo also known as 'Aji Mirasol' when fresh and native to the Andes (Bolivia or Peru). These dried long (4-5") chili pods have bright yellow to deep orange color when mature.
It has a fruity, slightly floral taste with a subtle hint of citrus, and the flavor is pleasantly tangy and mildly sweet. Offers a lot of fruitiness for its heat and a beautiful golden color to a dish.
