When added Amba sauce, adds a spicy & savory aftertaste to falafel, kubbeh, kebabs, 
salad dressing, cheese, meat, fish, or egg dishes.

To prepare Amba sauce: Just add 1tbsp spice mix to a cup of water and mix it to the consistency you need.
