White Ginseng root is native to the northern mountainous regions of Korea, China, grown for 4-6 year old, then dried after peeling. Panax white ginseng is a “tonic” herb, used for nutritive, restorative, long-term purposes. How to use Ginseng:Bring to boil 4 cups of water, put few roots (Clean & slice up the roots into thin rounds), simmer for 2 hours in a non-metal container. The liquid can be poured off and stored for several days in the refrigerator and the root can be cooked one more time before discarding it. An average dose is 1 or 2 cups a day between meals. Honey can also be added to cut down the bitter taste of the tea.
