Balinese Seasoning

Balinese spice mix is used to season traditional Balinese Cuisines, which is influenced by Indonesian, Chinese and Indian cooking. Commonly used in curries, stews and coconut milk-based sauces.
Traditionally used to flavor Balinese chicken, seafood, goat, beef and vegetable dishes. Also used in roasting, grilling, steaming chicken, fish or meat or in rice dishes, noodles and salads.
