Bitter Orange Peel (Citrus arantium)

Bitter orange trees bears a sour fruit & has a bitter aftertaste. The peel has been used historically in herbal medicine as a stimulant & appetite suppressant. Also used to soothe indigestion, gas, bloating, nausea, in addition of calming gastrointestinal upsets. Dried bitter orange peel gives a citrusy, herbal aroma.

To make Tea: Add 1tbsp peel in a cup of boiling water, steep for 30 minutes strain and drink.
