Cassava Flakes, Roasted (White Gari), Gluten Free

Cassava flakes is made from a processed matured cassava tuber to remove pyruvic acid, sieved and fried to a very dry flakes.

It is a key ingredient in many dishes across the West Africa. A West African staple food is prepared by adding hot water to cassava flakes, stirred until a dough is formed. This is served in balls in soups or, with other dishes.
