Superfine Crystalline Sugar
Caster (Castor) Sugar is a superfine variety of sweet, white, odorless crystalline sucrose, that is ground to a consistency between granulated and powdered sugar.
Its fine crystals allows for it to dissolve quickly, making it a superior ingredient for confectionery use.
Also allows for more air to be incorporated into a recipe. Ideal for meringues, mousses and soufflés for a lighter, fluffier result.
Dissolves in cold beverages faster than larger granule sugar.
