Catuaba Bark (Trichilia/ Erythroxylum Catigua)

Catuaba has been used by Brazilians as an aphrodisiac, to increase sexual drive (boosting libido), performance and desire; enhance the mood, aiding with symptoms of depression and anxiety. Catuaba bark is also said to have antibacterial and antiviral properties.*

Catuaba Tea: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 tsp Catuaba bark (may combine it with ‘Muira puama’), steep for 10 minutes, strain and drink 1-3 cups a day.
