White Wine Powder, Non Alcoholic

White wine powder is spray dried white wine concentrate made from grapes (Vitis vinifera L.)
   without any alcohol or residue. It is a convenient way to add a delicious flavor of white wine, and slightly sweet mild acidic flavor in dishes.
 Uses for baking, spice mixes, sauces, homemade bouillon, chocolates, crafts and more! A great substitute for the liquid form when a dry mix is needed without hangover.  

To make white wine sparkling water: add 2tsp sparkling water to 3tbsp powder , stir until dissolve.
