Late delivery even paying for 2 day delivery.

I can’t say anything, because I paid for 2 day shipping and took almost a week, I purchased to bring the spices to Brazil because Kalustyan is my favorite store in NY.
I couldn’t bring home because the delivery was very very late.
I’m very frustrated, and I’m can’t trust the delivery anymore.
