Chamomile Flowers (Matricaria Recutita)

Chamomile is well known fragrant flowering plant have sedative effects, and widely used for medicinal purposes. Best known as a sleep aid,relieve insomnia, ease anxiety and depression;boost immune system to relive colds, flu & allergies. Chamomile can also repel mosquitoes and act as a natural anti-fungal agent.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 2-3 tsp flower, Steep for 5-10 min, strain, add honey or lemon juice to adjust the taste if desired, drink one to four cups daily.
