250 g Chinese plain green tea in the form Compressed tea, called tea bricks, originated from the 9th century in the ancient spice trade routes of the Far East. Brews a mild green tea lightly vegetative tea with a smooth finish. Tea bricks can be chipped breaking off a chunk steeped as gourmet tea. Place 1 tsp of crumbled tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover let steep for 3-7 min. (longer the stepping time the stronger the tea). Strain add sugar milk as desired, enjoy.
