Chrysanthemum Flower (Chrysanthemum morifolium)

Chrysanthemum flowers are edible and have been used for medicinal purposes for many years as a cooling herb, Aid in recovery from influenza, used for its ability to support vision and eye health, relieves heat of the upper body-i.e. head and chest.*

To make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1-2 tsp dried flowers,pour a cup of hot water (90-100°F), steep for 3-5 minutes, strain, sweeten with Chinese rock sugar and drink.
