Citrus woods chips are from orange, lime, and lemon wood, have a moderate smoke. Give out a mild, smoky light sweet flavor that is a little lighter than apple or cherry wood.

Great with beef, Seafood, poultry and amazing with Salmon or white fish.

Soak wood chips prior to using them the chips to smolder and create smoke.
