Cleavers Herb (Galium Aparine)

Cleavers widely used to treat edema and other forms of swelling due to its stimulating effect on the lymphatic system including tonsillitis, swollen glands, and even cellulite. Cleavers exhibits anti-spasmodic properties on the urinary and digestive tracts. Often taken to treat skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis.*

To make Tea: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 2tsp herb, steep for 10-15 min. drink three or more cups per day.
