Collodial Oatmeal Powder

Colloidal oatmeal is a fine ground oat grain, acts as an emollient by adding moisture to the skin, and soothe itchy, scaly, dry skin. Especially helpful for eczema-prone skin. It soften and moisturize the skin and decrease itching and flaking.

To make a moisturizing cream: ½ cup colloidal oatmeal + ¼ cup plain yogurt +2 tbsp raw honey.

Use in bath: Draw a warm bath and pour 1-2 cups of colloidal oatmeal to the water.
