This specially blended Indian Style curry powder is flavored with rich & aromatic herbs & spices, provides a delicious, tasty & full flavoured Indian curries with a mild heat.
Ingredients:
Onion, Garlic, Fennel, Turmeric, Cardamom, Cumin, Mustard Powder, Fenugreek, Thyme, Curry Leaf, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Red Chili (1%), Nutmeg, Cloves.
Simple recipe to make Indian aromatic curry:
Add 2tbsp oil to a heated pan, add 1 small chopped onion, stir fry until translucent, add 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste, stir, add 2tbsp ‘Special Blend Curry Powder’, add little water if needed, stir, add 1lb cut pieces of Meat, Fish or Vegetables, stir, I cup diced tomatoes, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add I cup of broth or water and salt to taste, bring to boil, cover & simmer on low heat (for 15-30 minutes) until soft & tender, garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander), and serve steaming hot
Nan bread or Basmati rice.
