This popular fragrant & mostly spicy Indian curry powder is a blend of exotic spices & chili peppers, used in seasoning Indian day to day dishes, provides a tasty, spicy & aromatic curries.
Ingredients:
Chili Powder (16%), Coriander, Cumin, Turmeric, Ginger, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Cloves.
Simple recipe to make Indian style spicy curry.
Add 2tbsp oil to a heated pan, add 1 small chopped onion, stir fry until translucent, add 1tbsp ginger & garlic paste, stir, add 2tbsp ‘Vindaloo Hot Curry Powder’, add little water if needed, stir, add 1lb cut pieces of Meat, Fish or Vegetables, stir, I cup diced tomatoes, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add I cup of broth or water and salt to taste, bring to boil, cover & simmer on low heat (for 15-30 minutes) until soft & tender, garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander), and serve steaming hot nan bread or basmati rice.
