Dashamoola is the Ayurvedic formula of ten roots (Bilva, Agnimantha (Arani), Shyonaka, Patala, Beech wood/Kasmari, Brihati, Kantakari, Shalaparni, Prishnaparni & Gokshura). Dashamula strengthens the body and calms nerves & mind, tones colon, supports joints, bones & muscles, proper function of the lungs and nervous system, eliminate toxins from the GI tract.*

*Dashamoola Tea: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 teaspoon of roots, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain, add honey taste and drink 1-2 cups per day.
