Date Sugar, Finely Chopped Dried Dates

Date Sugar is made from whole pitted & dried California Deglet Noor dates which are cleaned, pitted, dehydrated and coursely ground. Makes for a great whole food sweeteners.
It works differently in food preparations, as it does not dissolve in liquid or milk, like table sugar, and isn't clumpy.
Can be substituted, cup for cup or less, for granulated and brown sugar and will lend a
rich sweetness to recipes including baked goods and breakfast cereals.
