Dhokla flour is a blend of chickpea flour,lentil flour and rice flour. It is used to make steamed spongy lentil snack,called 'Dhokla', an Indian delicacy.

Widely eaten with tamarind and other chutneys, as a breakfast item or as a complete meal or side dish.
