Decaf Earl Grey is water decaffeinated Nilgiri Black tea that has been flavored with the oil of bergamot (a type of citrus fruit). Decaffeination eliminate the caffeine, but up to 95% of the catechins and antioxidants remain intact in the leaves.
To Make Tea: In a warm tea pot put 1 tsp tea, pour a cup of hot water (200-208ºF), steep for 3-5 mins (avoid over steeping) strain & enjoy it with lemon or milk, or enjoy the natural flavor & color just as it is.
