Einkorn Wheat, Organic (Triticum Monoccum)

Einkorn is the most ancient and purest type of a non-hybridized wheat grain, cultivated in Italy, and has lower gluten content than most modern wheat varieties. It has rich content of the antioxidant lutein, making it a healthy food.
